  • Mutton with bones (and some tail as desired): 300 g
  • Peas: half a cup
  • White beans: half a cup
  • Tomatoes: 3 pieces
  • Medium potato: 2 pieces
  • Garlic: 2 cloves
  • Large onion: 1 piece
  • Tomato paste: 3 tablespoons
  • Cinnamon: half a tablespoon
  • Dried lemon powder: 1 tablespoon
  • Salt, pepper, turmeric: as needed

Put the meat, tail, pepper and turmeric soaked onions, garlic, peas and white beans in a relatively large saucepan. Fill it with water and put it on a high flame to boil.   • Do not forget to soak the beans. From the night before, peel and wash the peas and beans. Then soak it in a bowl of water to remove bloating.
  • If bloating bothers your stomach, add some cumin to it early in cooking.
  • Add cinnamon and lemon powder at the end of cooking, 10 minutes before removing the heat.
  • Wait for the meat to boil slightly before adding the spices, remove the foam from the surface with a spoon and discard. This will make the it more colorful.
