On this day we aim to adapt to the climatic conditions of the region, so that reach the summit of Tochal in north Tehran.

Enjoy roads and local markets before exploring the first camp of Damavand. We overnight in Climber House, Khaneh Kouhnavard, in Ploor, that is the first camp with complete equipment.
In the next day- 4th day- we get to the main camp by off-roads, which takes about 40 minutes and after a rest and renting mules for bags and heavy equipment of the group, we start our trekking to Damavand. We camp to overnight in Bargahe Sevom, which is the third and last refuge.

The 5th day of Iran Hiking Tour is planned for adapting the body to the climatic conditions of the mountain. And again, we overnight in Bargahe Sevom. In the early morning of the 6th day, we get ready and start our climbing to Damavand Summit and then come down to the third refuge, which usually is about 6 hours, enjoy our lunch at a great atmosphere. After a good rest, we get ready to come down to the foot of Damavand and enjoy the natural spa and then get to the hotel in Tehran.
